I then went online to purchase the set and requested delivery on my mom's birthday. However, the distribution center called me and informed me that they only had the king size available and not the queen. As a result, I requested that the order be canceled."

GBI ordered to Victoria location and it… I ordered to Victoria location and it was sent to Beaumont 🤬 now , I’m calling to. Get it fixed and Iv been on hold forever

GBWas given two delivery dates and… Was given two delivery dates and furniture didn't arrive on either dates that were given. No updates in the system or curiosity call from a customer service representative. We had to call and follow up on the status of our order and still don't know when it will arrive. Very disappointed with the service we have received thus far.

GBI was able to find what I was looking… I was able to find what I was looking for and got approved for it, one day later I received a call about my delivery and what day works best for me. After what was said and done, Bel Furniture put a smile on my face Thanks Bel Furniture for a job well done.
