Rip off company Ordered their most premium pillow set, which is supposed to include removable, quilted covers. Ended up receiving some very cheap looking pillows, with no covers - so not worthy of the premium price point they received from me. They now expect me to mess about returning the pillows and covering the return shipping fees, after they have tried to rip me off. Do not ever buy from them, they are laughable.

I ordered Queen size Fitted Green… I ordered Queen size Fitted Green Oliver striped bedsheet with pillow covers and protector. I am very happy with the fit and comfort of both. TC is also great. The earlier ordered mattress protector also washes well in the washing machine. I was pleasantly surprised with a gift of a little cushion with my name embroidered on it. Thank you I suggest you could make printed colored bedsheets, which will be appreciated.

BEWARE BEWARE - Do not order unless 100% sure of your order because there is a good chance you will not be able to get a refund. I was offered a 30% refund for 2 bedskirts I purchased. I ordered 2 different lengths because was not sure which would work best for my adjustable bed, intending to keep one. Decided to return both as did not love either. Offered 30% refund and so far no response to further question, so I do not know how to even get that much back. ORDER ELSEWHERE.

Runs small I am sad to say that this sheet set does not fit my California king bed even though they say it should. I tried to return it and their website says that I have the wrong information that my order number and my email is wrong and it's not so now I can't even exchange it or return it . So I'm out $70 so I don't know what to do.

No Communication After placing the order I never received any kind of update regarding shipping. I sent an email a week after placing the order and never got a reply. I was about to file a complaint with Paypal when the order arrived. The fitted sheet was the correct size and fit the V-berth in my boat. The pillowcases were king size, which for a standard V-berth, I thought rather odd. I would have preferred standard size pillowcases. Pet hair and lint really cling to the fabric, so I often had to use a lint roller to keep the sheets looking clean. For the price, it's probably a decent value, but they need to communicate and keep customers up to date on shipping information and reply to emails.
