India company with no US customer support Company does not state that it’s really in India, and has no US customer support. The phone number listed is just an answering machine. Credit card was charged as an international charge. Spent 3 hours in a chat session to get an order canceled. I always thought I was careful ordering on the internet but this one got me. Nice website, but everything else was very bad.

I’ve ordered a duvet from this company I’ve ordered a duvet from this company, I certainly wouldn’t have purchased from them if I’d have known they use Hermes as a carrier. Failed to deliver today as stated. Knowing Hermes I’ll never see my order. Edited to say the firm I am buying from have been very apologetic & helpful, it’s not their fault it’s the useless carrier.

Didn't fit the recommended size of our… Didn't fit the recommended size of our water bed, the sheets were too narrow in width, we have a single double water bed size 48'x84'. Other than that it is very nice material Egyptian cotton and packaging.

Well-made. Nice fabric. Well-made bed skirt. The material was good quality and looked great, once ironed. Would have given 5 stars but the shipment took time, most likely due to being an international shipment.

I ordered Queen size Fitted Green… I ordered Queen size Fitted Green Oliver striped bedsheet with pillow covers and protector. I am very happy with the fit and comfort of both. TC is also great. The earlier ordered mattress protector also washes well in the washing machine. I was pleasantly surprised with a gift of a little cushion with my name embroidered on it. Thank you I suggest you could make printed colored bedsheets, which will be appreciated.
