SCAM!!! SCAM!!! I write this review to serve as warning to others in regards to my experience with Ascend. We signed up with Ascend in October of 2021, paying $55,000 for an Amazon store along with ungating/private label services. I completed everything on my part quickly afterwards and had an Amazon store up and approved within roughly 1 month after signing up. Since that time, Ascend has made no effort to keep any sort of inventory in that store. The store has remained dormant with no sales. When emailed/slacked/called, Ascend has no meaningful response have completely failed to live up to their end of the bargain. I and others are now in the process of legal action. Absolutely, do not invest a penny with these guys and then experience the headache that we have had... Please google lawsuits Ascend Ecom or google lawsuits Ascend Capventures. There are articles on law.com and other sites regarding settlements and lawsuits. Do you really want to invest money with a company where not one but multiple people are taking legal action to try and recoup money ?

Check out their warehouse! Signed up with Ryan three months ago. Started slowly and sold about $5k in the last couple of months. Super excited to see where this goes and make consistent gains and lots of credit card reward points. Customer service is really good and I’ve recommended to my friends and family. Loved visiting their 20k sqft warehouse space in Grand Prairie near Dallas and had a good time chatting to some of their workers!

Apparently getting on here a writing a… Apparently getting on here and writing a review is the the only way to get Ascend (whatever they're called now) to respond. If you read reviews about poor communication. True. Reviews about changing names and communication platforms. Also true. Reviews about stores being shut down and nothing being done to fix it. True as well.

Poor profitability/ Not honoring Contract I signed a 2 year contract with Ascend which ended on 2/18/24. These past 24 months have not yielded results anywhere near the projections they presented during the initial conversations. I opted for the guarantee and I have been waiting over a month for upper management to approve the buyback and refund my initial investment. I have sent multiple emails and I am still waiting for a response about my refund. 42 days and counting....

Please read this if you’re considering…… Please read this if you’re considering… DO NOT dump your entire life savings. This service is LIKE an investment. You wouldn’t dump all your money in the stock market. But if you have 20-100k to build with, then e commerce is the way to go. I tried those leaf gen things and they were too much work lol. This process s medium length to get sales an make money with e commerce, but it’s legit.
