Poor profitability/ Not honoring Contract I signed a 2 year contract with Ascend which ended on 2/18/24. These past 24 months have not yielded results anywhere near the projections they presented during the initial conversations. I opted for the guarantee and I have been waiting over a month for upper management to approve the buyback and refund my initial investment. I have sent multiple emails and I am still waiting for a response about my refund. 42 days and counting....

Carpet Cleaning Service? Stay away! I hired them to clean my carpets because my dog defecated on it and i couldn't get rid of the smell. Whatever carpet cleaning liquid they used gave me such a rash after I did my nude yoga the next morning I had a huge rash on my ass.

I was skeptical at the beginning, I signed up for my first Amazon store after seeing a guy on IG, i think his name was Vlad, basically long story short, i had 100k on hold from dropshipping after my store got suspended. Then I saw another ad and reached out and spoke to Will Basta and he put me in touch with an agency that firstly got my funds unlocked and my account reactivated (which the other company refused to do and then ghosted me). Then I signed up with him for an FBA store and it took about 8 months and now i'm at a consistent 30-40k a month of sales and really looking forward to Q4!

Lots of bad players in the space. This one isn’t. I looked at a lot of companies offering this “done-for-you” service. Ascend Ecom is the only company who would answer all my questions and had a clear cut legitimate model. No drop-shipping, their own infrastructure, great leadership. It’s totally hands off aside from just moving some money around. I don’t get bombarded with messages to do things and all the info I need is on the Amazon seller app. All-in-all this has been great. You’ll pay a premium price and it takes time to build a sustainable business BUT you will get a premium service. you’ll never lose your store to stupid suspensions and genuinely make passive income.
