Best Customer Service Ever This was our second painting we ordered via ipaintings. We were so happy with our first painting (a Gustav Klimt remake) that we ordered another painting (a Monet remake). When our Monet arrived, the frame I ordered it with arrived broken. In breaking, the frame also left a tear in the Monet canvas. I took pictures and shared them with Lowell @ ipainting sales. He responded immeadiatly, expediting a new painting to be painted without delay. It was shipped to us (once again) in less than a month. The new painting was intact and beyond our expectation- beautiful! Thank you ipainting for showing the best in customer service and for helping us to decorate our home with such beautiful 'recreated' works of Art!
