Amazing product and customer service. Our DecoTv frame is so gorgeous. When I bought the Samsung Frame TV it was missing the warm, vintage feeling I was looking for. I love the warm silver frame, and it was beyond easy to install. Best however was the customer service. I forgot to apply the discount code for a sale and email customer service to cancel my order so I could rebuy. Not only did they respond promptly but they applied the discount to my purchase for me. Very happy, wish I had more TVs so I could order more of these frames.

An amazing customer service. First of all, wow. The frame looks gorgeous. It really does change the way your TV looks - to better. Second, I wanted to highlight the level of customer service I recieved. We had an issue with a frame, and the team went absolutely above and beyond to resolve it in the best possible - for us - way. It did cost them to get things right, but I'm walking away from talking to them feeling that they really value their customers above and beyond anything else.
