IEHouse owner The crystal chandelier is even more beautiful than I imagined. It arrived very well packed with no issues at all. It is a little crooked starting out adding the crystals. The last crystal bulb installed leveled it out perfectly. Don't give up till the end! They have it perfectly designed. Recommend strongly this shop!

They are exactly as I asked them to be made and they came very well packed so that no damage would or did occur during shipping. But the customer service refunded this amount to me when she was made aware and now will make future customers aware before purchase Not entirely happy that I had to stick on the turntable part myself but the product itself is very beautiful Thanks for being such an approachable vendor.
