It's a grand scale & impact, but still feels light and delicate. The raw brass is the perfect amount of sophisticated shine. It was simple to put together, and a breeze for my electrician to install. I wish I had given a more enthusiastic review of the light I bought awhile back because I reviewed it saying it was great before I turned on the light and saw how totally exquisite it looks with the light shining through.
