The items were perfect. The items were shipped very fast and arrived intact. Items were wrapped in paper and then bubble wrap to ensure no damage. Very well packaged. Ornaments were exactly as pictured and the personalization was perfect.

Ornament Workshop… I have bought several ornaments from ornament workshop. Quality of ornaments and variety is good. They have anything you can think of. Also I love the personalization. It makes it very special.

Disappointed with store manager and company The ladies working in the Huntsville store are very helpful. The manager and company policies towards their flier/coupons is ridiculous. They advertise 20% off for visiting their website, but don’t have all their products online and won’t honor any kind of discount in the store. No military veteran discount either. And the store manager didn’t think it worth talking to a customer to explain. I purchased, and tipped the ladies working - but not likely to happen again! When you publish and distribute a coupon, you should try to honor it and help your potential customers benefit from it - that’s called customer service.

Great personalized and unique experience Recently visited the Ornament Workshop in Woodstock. The store is amazing. So many options to choose from. I was looking for a unique family ornament and the staff was great in assisting me find the perfect ornament and personalizing it for my family. Bonus, they had a Rosebud Motel ornament.
