After an year and in lockdown time, I got an issue with boiler and called them immediately and explained the issue. Tom has sent an engineer and fixed the issue on time without a need to contact boiler company. I am so impressed with their professionalism and service. Two times no show I booked Your Heat to service our boiler for the 25th May but they had overbooked and couldn't come. Tom very kindly called and guaranteed they would visit the next date available - 30th of June. I had a call from the engineer on the day advising he was late. I stayed at work for an extra two hours and he never showed or called. Tom later advised he couldn't park as it was residents only but we have a parking building on our street. I would not use or recommend as unreliable.

Great company to deal with ! Really good and professional mannered company. We’ve recently had our boiler fitted and we’re very pleased with them. Surveyor man was explaining everything well, was honest and didn’t try to rip us off like other companies. Boiler fitting: Arrived on time, Tom which did the job has worked very well and left everything really tidy. During his work everything was also very tidy, explained everything about the boiler when the job has been done. Aftercare is great, they will always return your phone call and answer any questions you need. Really pleased and will recommend them to anyone. Also their price was the best ! They definitely deserve more great reviews!
