Use extreme caution if using this… I did not make an error measuring and being called "untruthful" is the same type of response I was getting when I let them know the blind I received was not what I ordered. Award blinds was making it so difficult making my order right I gave up.. not worth all the trouble.. I think they count on that.. Use extreme caution if using this company. If you buy it you're done. My blind arrived warped and shorter then I requested. When I reached out I met with defensive, unhelpful customer service. Photos were requested and when I sent them they asked for more. The effort was time consuming so I gave up and tossed the blind. There is such heavy competition with window options, use someone else and save yourself the grief.

Award Blinds is the best! Award Blinds is the best company to work with. The website is easy to use. Directions are thorough and easy to understand, but most of all the quality of their products are beyond compare. The support team is great and very helpful! If you can read a tape measure, you can order beautiful, functional window treatments! They will have many more purchases from me in their future!

Great Product and superior customer service! I reviewed the website about ordering roman shades for my new kitchen and laundry room. They sent me several free material swatches to review which was extremely helpful. We chose the one that worked best, measured the windows and placed our order. Once ordered received by company, they immediately wrote back with some adjustments to my order and the reasons why/costs. It was about three weeks later and the shades arrived. We hung them and they are BEAUTIFUL! I will use AwardBlinds.com again for future projects plus I'll tell all my friends.

Custom made blinds The blinds I purchased are just as described. I ordered Glacier Gray, beautiful color that enhances the colors of our rug and the room. Recieved blinds sooner than predicted. We lost one of the valance clips and the company is replacing it at no cost to us. Great customer service! I will order from this company in the future and would highly recommend them.

Unmatched quality, reasonable price I recently purchased a 66” wide, wood Venetian blind for my home office window, and had it installed this morning. It looks fantastic, just as I imagined, and I’m so grateful that the quality and finish is top notch. Same goes for the room-darkening shades I bought a few years ago.
