An Award-worthy find! We were DELIGHTED with our first purchase from AwardBlinds--they custom fit an awkwardly shaped window at much less than we would have paid for standard options at even the big box stores. The blinds came quickly, were easy to install, and look great. We were so impressed that we ordered blinds for another room...and have recommended AwardBlinds to several friends and family members.

Use extreme caution if using this… I did not make an error measuring and being called "untruthful" is the same type of response I was getting when I let them know the blind I received was not what I ordered. Award blinds was making it so difficult making my order right I gave up.. not worth all the trouble.. I think they count on that.. Use extreme caution if using this company. If you buy it you're done. My blind arrived warped and shorter then I requested. When I reached out I met with defensive, unhelpful customer service. Photos were requested and when I sent them they asked for more. The effort was time consuming so I gave up and tossed the blind. There is such heavy competition with window options, use someone else and save yourself the grief.

Samples never arrived Samples never arrived. Contact with company for infos and Customer service was extremly rude. I don’t know if it is a shade store or a shadey business. It should be avoided at all cost.

All 3 blinds have been perfect We have ordered three sets of blinds and every one has been perfect. Set up is easy, sizing is perfect to match, and the customer service has been great. Our first set had a color that was backordered but they quickly helped us choose a new color and then continue to help us color match the follow-up order.

Great Product and superior customer service! I reviewed the website about ordering roman shades for my new kitchen and laundry room. They sent me several free material swatches to review which was extremely helpful. We chose the one that worked best, measured the windows and placed our order. Once ordered received by company, they immediately wrote back with some adjustments to my order and the reasons why/costs. It was about three weeks later and the shades arrived. We hung them and they are BEAUTIFUL! I will use AwardBlinds.com again for future projects plus I'll tell all my friends.
