NLGreat customer service We ordered a large-size poster to hang on our wall. It arrived a little later than was intended (only two days), but we were kept up to date with all the delivery information so this was fine. The poster was carefully and neatly packaged. However, when we unpacked it, we weren't satisfied about the quality of the picture. It was clearly enlarged and therefore blurry. We contacted customer service and they provided us with a very neat solution, so we're happy nonetheless. Even though we weren't satisfied about the product itself, the service we received was great so there are no complaints about the company itself. :) Would probably order here again (but a different product).

DKDamaged poster - No answer from support Edit 2: I have gotten a hold of Adam through email, my mail for some reason went to their spam folder. Per my request the issue have been resolved with a giftcode for their side to buy more beutiful art, hopefully without any issues this time :) Edit: I have sent sent an email to Adam the 6th of March, awaiting a reply. TLDR: There are scratches on my poster that I received from them and I have not been able to get any response from the support for 2+ Weeks. Full story: I was lucky enough to get one of their beutifull posters as a Christmas gift. Since I received it I started to research how I should get it framed, whether it was something that I could do myself or if i needed some help for it. Because of that I left the poster in the plastic wrap for a long time until I could find a solution. I had it framed by a proffesional glazier and found out afterwards that the poster actually had some scratches which I had not noticed prior. Luckily I took some photos before the glazier did his job where I can see at least one of the scraches on the poster which is evidence enough for me to say that it must have been like that since i received it. I tried to contact the support on multiple emails and even through their own form on their site, but unfortunately with no answer after waiting patiently for more that 2 weeks. I would like to get in touch with them to see how we can resolve my issue and I would be willing to update my experience here if they at some point reach out to me. In conclusion the artwork is very beutifull, but you better pray that you don't need the support for the items you buy.

DEThe Great Eruption in the constellation of Carina bad quality I bought "The Great Eruption in the constellation of Carina" as a metal print. Unfortunately the colors were not as bright and vibrant as advertised on the website. And thus it was to dark for the place it should go.

AUStuning artwork, it worth the investment I ordered 4 prints from Astrography and the original order possibly got stuck in custom, I contacted customer service and they decided to resend my prints which they arrived and they are gorgeous! Their customer service team and the company owner did go to great lengths to help me with my shipment and the artwork quality is amazing and stunning, is now the main focal point on my living room. I will buy another piece from them. Thank you.
