GBPoor quality print for the price + arrived wrecked Three things: 1. Print quality is very disappointing for the price – just based on that, I would not recommend buying and I definitely will not buy the other Astrography pictures I was going to get. 2. Cardboard tube case arrived broken in two so the expensive print is a wreck: massively creased, only good for the bin. 3. Took forever for them to dispatch the item which arrived later than first announced when I bought the print, meaning I didn't have it for the birthday party. All in all a really disappointing experience: I do not recommend!

DKDamaged poster - No answer from support Edit 2: I have gotten a hold of Adam through email, my mail for some reason went to their spam folder. Per my request the issue have been resolved with a giftcode for their side to buy more beutiful art, hopefully without any issues this time :) Edit: I have sent sent an email to Adam the 6th of March, awaiting a reply. TLDR: There are scratches on my poster that I received from them and I have not been able to get any response from the support for 2+ Weeks. Full story: I was lucky enough to get one of their beutifull posters as a Christmas gift. Since I received it I started to research how I should get it framed, whether it was something that I could do myself or if i needed some help for it. Because of that I left the poster in the plastic wrap for a long time until I could find a solution. I had it framed by a proffesional glazier and found out afterwards that the poster actually had some scratches which I had not noticed prior. Luckily I took some photos before the glazier did his job where I can see at least one of the scraches on the poster which is evidence enough for me to say that it must have been like that since i received it. I tried to contact the support on multiple emails and even through their own form on their site, but unfortunately with no answer after waiting patiently for more that 2 weeks. I would like to get in touch with them to see how we can resolve my issue and I would be willing to update my experience here if they at some point reach out to me. In conclusion the artwork is very beutifull, but you better pray that you don't need the support for the items you buy.

GBExcellent Customer Service! My wife purchased the 3d Sun image for me for Christmas. Since it was a gift, it sat in the tube for quite some time before being inspected. Upon opening the print, there were blemishes (like soft scuff marks) that were present in the dark corners around the sun. I reached out not fully expecting an exchange since it had been so long since the purchase was made. I included pictures of the blemishes and explained the situation. Adam and team were prompt in their response and offered to send me a replacement. The picture is beautiful and the print quality is great. I appreciate their understanding and replacing the print. I'll be taking this to a custom framing shop and it will go on the wall in my office. Thanks Astrography Team!

GBWhere is my order? Update: received email response. Update: received product I paid for courier express which is supposed to take 3-7 days, and it has already been a week with no update at all. The Shop app just says “Order Placed”, and I’ve sent an email and numerous chats on the website, but no response ever. I’m wondering if it will ever come, and if not soon I will have to report it to my bank. 2 stars currently. Update: I finally received an email response on the 8th day as well as being notified that my order is ready to be shipped. Now 3 stars and will be more if it arrives soon because I did pay $20 for courier express shipping. Update: I received my poster after 12 days, and it is exactly how I imagined it would be, it looks terrific. And on top of that, they sent an email offering me two choices for the delay in the service, which was refunding the $20 I paid for courier express shipping or getting 50% off any item. Definitely 5 stars now.

DEDeep Space Art My orders were dealt with speedily and correctly. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and successfully. The only small 'gripe' I have is that I would like to see more 'Deep Space' posters, otherwise the various selections are impressive. I would have no qualms about recommending Astrography to any of my friends who will ask after seeing the posters hanging on my walls.
