Poor quality print for the price + arrived wrecked Three things: 1. Print quality is very disappointing for the price – just based on that, I would not recommend buying and I definitely will not buy the other Astrography pictures I was going to get. 2. Cardboard tube case arrived broken in two so the expensive print is a wreck: massively creased, only good for the bin. 3. Took forever for them to dispatch the item which arrived later than first announced when I bought the print, meaning I didn't have it for the birthday party. All in all a really disappointing experience: I do not recommend!

Amazing Delivery was on time and the pictures are absolutely stunning (have ordered "The creation of Cosmos" and "The majestic Andromeda"). I have to admit I would have been ready to pay twice as much to have them delivered already with frames and ready to hang. Still 5 stars though as this is clearly stated on their website.

Beautiful fine art prints and great service We purchased 4 large fine art prints and are very happy with the quality of the prints.... impressive detail and color. Great service, and the owner quickly responded to questions (even over the weekend). He also thought along with us, offering custom print sizing.

Great customer service We ordered a large-size poster to hang on our wall. It arrived a little later than was intended (only two days), but we were kept up to date with all the delivery information so this was fine. The poster was carefully and neatly packaged. However, when we unpacked it, we weren't satisfied about the quality of the picture. It was clearly enlarged and therefore blurry. We contacted customer service and they provided us with a very neat solution, so we're happy nonetheless. Even though we weren't satisfied about the product itself, the service we received was great so there are no complaints about the company itself. :) Would probably order here again (but a different product).
