NLGreat customer service We ordered a large-size poster to hang on our wall. It arrived a little later than was intended (only two days), but we were kept up to date with all the delivery information so this was fine. The poster was carefully and neatly packaged. However, when we unpacked it, we weren't satisfied about the quality of the picture. It was clearly enlarged and therefore blurry. We contacted customer service and they provided us with a very neat solution, so we're happy nonetheless. Even though we weren't satisfied about the product itself, the service we received was great so there are no complaints about the company itself. :) Would probably order here again (but a different product).

GBA STICKER in the shipment!?! Beautiful print of the Center of the Milky Way Center. Arrived and as I was unrolling it a sticker that was holding the paper stuck to the print. I thought it was one of those barely stick stickers...but it immediately tore part of the photo off. Why is that sticker even in the shipment?!?! I'm sick that this amazing photo was ruined even before I fully unrolled it. EDIT: Barely 2 days and they immediately handled it in the best way I could possibly hope for. Absolutely going above and beyond. I couldn't possibly be happier with their response and overall friendliness. A small bump in the road, but a definite 5 STARS. And that isn't even about the Photo itself, which is simply amazing!

DEThe Great Eruption in the constellation of Carina bad quality I bought "The Great Eruption in the constellation of Carina" as a metal print. Unfortunately the colors were not as bright and vibrant as advertised on the website. And thus it was to dark for the place it should go.

GBWhere is my order? Update: received email response. Update: received product I paid for courier express which is supposed to take 3-7 days, and it has already been a week with no update at all. The Shop app just says “Order Placed”, and I’ve sent an email and numerous chats on the website, but no response ever. I’m wondering if it will ever come, and if not soon I will have to report it to my bank. 2 stars currently. Update: I finally received an email response on the 8th day as well as being notified that my order is ready to be shipped. Now 3 stars and will be more if it arrives soon because I did pay $20 for courier express shipping. Update: I received my poster after 12 days, and it is exactly how I imagined it would be, it looks terrific. And on top of that, they sent an email offering me two choices for the delay in the service, which was refunding the $20 I paid for courier express shipping or getting 50% off any item. Definitely 5 stars now.

GBExcellent Customer Service! My wife purchased the 3d Sun image for me for Christmas. Since it was a gift, it sat in the tube for quite some time before being inspected. Upon opening the print, there were blemishes (like soft scuff marks) that were present in the dark corners around the sun. I reached out not fully expecting an exchange since it had been so long since the purchase was made. I included pictures of the blemishes and explained the situation. Adam and team were prompt in their response and offered to send me a replacement. The picture is beautiful and the print quality is great. I appreciate their understanding and replacing the print. I'll be taking this to a custom framing shop and it will go on the wall in my office. Thanks Astrography Team!
