It was probably the fastest response I have ever gotten from a company and it was a real person addressing my issue, not an automated response. Super excited to get my products and order again and again

I placed a custom order for 5 pillows I placed a custom order for 5 pillows a week prior to Christmas. Emailed Customer Service to see if they could expedite my order. Jason T. Replied back really quickly and could not have been nothing but helpful and quickly expedited my order for me. Amazing customer service ever! Will highly recommend!!!

Filed a dispute with PayPal, promised ship date has since passed with no movement. No way to contact other than email, then wait 24-48 hours for automatic response. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Thank You! So glad they kept confirming the final product with me! I ordered the custom blanket and some pictures weren’t up to size so they emailed me to pick other pictures. After some emailing back and forth, their commitment to finalize the blanket after I said yes, was amazing! I appreciate the team that has been working with me to bring my product to life. Thank you! P.S. I got the blanket now and it’s better in person!! The blanket is so soft and the pictures came out so good! Definitely will buy from again!!

Great Product and service Great Product and service! I ordered 2 custom pillows and did VIP delivery and the turn around time was much faster than expected. Very quick for a customized order. Even thought it was right before Christmas. I had a question for customer service and they got back to me right away. The actual product itself seems like a well made item and worth the money.
