GBMissing money Never had an issue using my spree card and tried to top up my Pluxee card today and it said I had insufficient funds in my debit card to top up. I’ve now had £130 pending to Pluxee from my bank account and not showing in my Pluxee card. Can’t find contact details anywhere to speak to someone and I am now not going to be able to pay my bills as my money is missing.

GBefficient and courteous service I had made a silly mistake filling out an online form which resulted in not receiving a "reward" voucher. I filled in the "contact" form on the website. The error was rectified without any queries and I received the voucher the following day. I was VERY impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service and the courtesy of the email which I received from the company's Customer Service department.

GBCan't top up, can't use. I have tried multiple methods to try and top up this card since pluxee has taken over, but repeated errors on their system. Annual fee charged anyway. How do I just cancel this thing?
