Can't top up, can't use. I have tried multiple methods to try and top up this card since pluxee has taken over, but repeated errors on their system. Annual fee charged anyway. How do I just cancel this thing?

Amazing savings to be had I use evouchers regularly for everyday spending.Supermarket discounts make a great saving on purchase you make out of nessesity. Evouchers are great to purchase for gifts. Discounted websites for sending gifts ie letterbox gifts.The savings are great and such a good perk especially during these times. Highly recommended and its great the verity of retailer's available. It truely is saving on your day to day spending.

Avoid if you are not going to use it regularly. A company that is supposed to help the public sector that profits by it! Expensive for a simple cash-back card, there are a lot of other great ones out there that do not change you for not using your card regularly. The annual fee of £2.99 is ok, but a £5 charge per month for not using it or topping up is extremely steep in my opinion. I checked my account at the weekend to find out I had been charged £12.99 (I have now closed my account). I feel they are making money for doing nothing. Unless you shop regularly and remember to top up your card avoid as it isn't worth it.

great savimgs available ok the platform (app) might not be perfect but the discounts available are great Pluxee UK today (through my employer) surveyed me to get feedback so it looks like they might be listening to its customers / users I've saved over £400in the last 12 months at a wide variety of high street and on-line retailers. not by changing where I shop, but by buying e-voucher's and then paying either online or in store using the e-voucher

Really impressed I have recently started a new job and was made aware of the benefits I have access to within a couple of days of joining, and the discounts are absolutely amazing! I have only been using them a couple of weeks and have already saved £35 on a new phone and about £20 on my food shops. I've just received and activated the cashback card I ordered through the website on recommendation of a colleague and I'm super excited to start using that too!
