Very disappointed Very disappointed. Signed up to this card through Totum. I topped up the card and added it to my apple wallet, however, it will not verify. I have contacted customer service and still not had any luck after over a week. I cannot access my money or use my card. I have requested that I have my money returned and a refund on the card fee, or alternatively a plastic card rather than a virtual one, but I am getting no reponse. I will be taking legal advice.

The error was rectified without any queries and I received the voucher the following day. I was VERY impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service and the courtesy of the email which I received from the company's Customer Service department.
