GBCan't top up, can't use. I have tried multiple methods to try and top up this card since pluxee has taken over, but repeated errors on their system. Annual fee charged anyway. How do I just cancel this thing?

GBCompany has started sending me spam… Company has started sending me spam marketing emails. The first line has two typos in it so that tells me about their level of professionalism. They use phishing techniques and send spam emails. Avoid!

GBVery disappointed Very disappointed. Signed up to this card through Totum. I topped up the card and added it to my apple wallet, however, it will not verify. I have contacted customer service and still not had any luck after over a week. I cannot access my money or use my card. I have requested that I have my money returned and a refund on the card fee, or alternatively a plastic card rather than a virtual one, but I am getting no reponse. I will be taking legal advice.
