Placed order on Saturday arrived by Thursday Placed order on Saturday, received items on following Thursday. Parts are OEM and shipped intact. My only detraction is that they notify you as "shipped" when the shipping label is made, which was a day earlier than when it actually shipped. Their price was noticeably lower than others, including Amazon.

I'd Do It Again Partzstop sent the proper part as I ordered/ It arrived fairly quickly in good condition. Only reason that I dropped one star (and I wish I could drop half a star) is that is was three days between the shipping label creation and acceptance at the shipper. I don't know if it was a tracking problem, or if the shipment sat around. Anyway, I am pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use Partzshop again.

Good & fair company I had a very good experience with PartzStop. They had the part I needed for my 15 year old heat pump - at a price quite a bit lower than other retailers, and it was shipped out quickly. I will check them first the next time I have a need.

PartzStop cancelled my order. No reason given. No answer by phone/email. Don't deserve my $$ I placed the order for a tool and paid via PayPal. The payment was processed. I later found out, via email, that the shipping label for the tool was cancelled and my PayPal account credited back the money. No one at PartzStop ever advised me, by email or otherwise, as to why my order was aborted. Attempts to contact PartzStop by telephone were met with a busy signal. No response to email. No return call after leaving my telephone number. Pretty pathetic.
