Purchased on 1/22. To slow to ship. Purchased on 1/22. Shipping label created finally on 1/26 and still awaiting item at USPS on 01/28 @2:30 pm. Probably going to blame Chinese Virus for their ineptitude. Slow. Slow. Slow.

Placed order on Saturday arrived by Thursday Placed order on Saturday, received items on following Thursday. Parts are OEM and shipped intact. My only detraction is that they notify you as "shipped" when the shipping label is made, which was a day earlier than when it actually shipped. Their price was noticeably lower than others, including Amazon.

Received part promptly Received part promptly; however it was wrong model. I contacted them and they quickly sent out correct model and gave me a prepaid label to return the other. I will order this part again as it is much less expensive than buying the OEM filter from our A/C company.
