Order never received When I ordered the wine cabinet rack, it indicated 3-5 days shipping. After a week, I reached out to the company and got no response. Additional emails got a response that they were "working on it with their team." Another week passed with no updates. I told them that if they didn't act soon, I would cancel. Three days later I was notified of a refund being processed with no explanation on why they never fulfilled the order. I at least gave one star for getting the refund.

Not my first time ordering from here… Not my first time ordering from here and definitely won't be my last. They deliver on time and we have never had to exchange any products as everything is top-notch quality.
