GBDamaged canvas resolved I ordered a canvas. Unfortunately, it came damaged. Next, I notified customer service by email and uploaded pictures of the damaged canvas. They resolved the matter by shipping me another canvas (reprint). A few years back, CanvasChamp used to place the 2 hanging brackets on the back edge. Now, they place them upside down further in-between the the canvas. Hopefully, they can go back to the way they used to do it. Anyway, Thanks!

GBStriving for excellence The ticketing system used for communication can make for confusing order changes/tweaks/approvals since a different employee responds each time. The company as a whole seems to really want to do their best & that's all one can expect. Packing & shipping are spot on!

NZParcel never arrived Ordered a memorial item for a recently passed family member. It never arrived. After one month of not receiving any shipping confirmation or a valid tracking number on the website I contacted customer support. Initially, they were apologetic and planned to resend it. Then they stated that it had arrived (it has not; we have a ring camera), and that it was too late for me to complain (when previously my order took 1-2 months to arrive). They refuse to contact the delivery company, or amend their error. I feel like I wasted $57 I don’t have, on something that was supposed to be special, just by being patient Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. I believe this service is a scam.

GBSuch a wonderful item! Beautiful prints on my aprons! They arrived fast and were amazing. My photo was not of great quality so I did not expect such wonderful results. The only thing I would've changed is the fabric. I was expecting a cotton not a high gloss polyester. I still just love them!
