NZParcel never arrived Ordered a memorial item for a recently passed family member. It never arrived. After one month of not receiving any shipping confirmation or a valid tracking number on the website I contacted customer support. Initially, they were apologetic and planned to resend it. Then they stated that it had arrived (it has not; we have a ring camera), and that it was too late for me to complain (when previously my order took 1-2 months to arrive). They refuse to contact the delivery company, or amend their error. I feel like I wasted $57 I don’t have, on something that was supposed to be special, just by being patient Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. I believe this service is a scam.

GBEvery order I have had has been… Every order I have had has been flawless. Each piece is always more then I imagined it would be. Receiving is always with in the days shed for deliverely. You are what all businesses should take an example of how great customer service works.

GBGreat product, shipping needs to be better and more accurate They created exactly what I asked for and it looks amazing, only thing is the shipping was a little confusing it said delivered and didn’t get to my house for 2-3 more days. Only bit of feedback would be to be more accurate with shipping

GBStriving for excellence The ticketing system used for communication can make for confusing order changes/tweaks/approvals since a different employee responds each time. The company as a whole seems to really want to do their best & that's all one can expect. Packing & shipping are spot on!
