This is the place you want to order your canvas prints from! I received my canvas prints today and they exceeded my expectations! The color was richer than other competitors and the image was more crisp as well. Their frames are better with an included back panel which is unheard of! They arrived two days earlier than expected to boot! Do not hesitate, know that they will do an excellent job. They are better priced than the others I have ordered from, and the printing is far better. I will be reordering soon

Parcel never arrived Ordered a memorial item for a recently passed family member. It never arrived. After one month of not receiving any shipping confirmation or a valid tracking number on the website I contacted customer support. Initially, they were apologetic and planned to resend it. Then they stated that it had arrived (it has not; we have a ring camera), and that it was too late for me to complain (when previously my order took 1-2 months to arrive). They refuse to contact the delivery company, or amend their error. I feel like I wasted $57 I don’t have, on something that was supposed to be special, just by being patient Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. I believe this service is a scam.

This is a great company! This is a great company! I purchased an acrylic jigsaw puzzle and Canvas Chimp worked with me to get it just right. They are quickly responsive and shipping was fast. It's a beautiful set and the thick pieces are satisfying. We're happy! (And, if you need hints, it comes with a full-size color canvas print that has outlines of the puzzle pieces.)

They play games with shipping charges Got the useless “canned” response below. They play games with shipping charges. Placed a large order and was charged 9.95 shipping. Because I placed first order they gave me a “free” canvas, all I had to pay was shipping. Sounded reasonable, until they jacked shipping up to $12.95 for the ONE “free” item. So free was not free at all, and I learned how these people operate.

Impressed I had to pay extra to get shipping in 10 days, which was a bit of a bummer. However, I was beyond impressed with the packaging and the quality of the canvases. They were definitely packed with care and my entire box of 20+ canvases was delivered with no damage at all. The mounting includes a back plate for more support for each canvas and I hadn't expected that. Thank you for a great experience!
