GBImpressed I had to pay extra to get shipping in 10 days, which was a bit of a bummer. However, I was beyond impressed with the packaging and the quality of the canvases. They were definitely packed with care and my entire box of 20+ canvases was delivered with no damage at all. The mounting includes a back plate for more support for each canvas and I hadn't expected that. Thank you for a great experience!

GBGreat product, shipping needs to be better and more accurate They created exactly what I asked for and it looks amazing, only thing is the shipping was a little confusing it said delivered and didn’t get to my house for 2-3 more days. Only bit of feedback would be to be more accurate with shipping

GBI used Canvas Champ for a canvas 11 X 14… I used Canvas Champ for a canvas mounted 11 X 14 print for my living room and possibly for sale, in the future. The order went smoothly, because it was on a Friday, the print was done on Saturday or Monday then shipped out using the cheapest way. It took 2 days long to arrive than the carrier estimated, but I was in no big hurry anyway, so everything was fine. I liked the print and am happy with the results.

GBDamaged canvas resolved I ordered a canvas. Unfortunately, it came damaged. Next, I notified customer service by email and uploaded pictures of the damaged canvas. They resolved the matter by shipping me another canvas (reprint). A few years back, CanvasChamp used to place the 2 hanging brackets on the back edge. Now, they place them upside down further in-between the the canvas. Hopefully, they can go back to the way they used to do it. Anyway, Thanks!
