GBI used Canvas Champ for a canvas 11 X 14… I used Canvas Champ for a canvas mounted 11 X 14 print for my living room and possibly for sale, in the future. The order went smoothly, because it was on a Friday, the print was done on Saturday or Monday then shipped out using the cheapest way. It took 2 days long to arrive than the carrier estimated, but I was in no big hurry anyway, so everything was fine. I liked the print and am happy with the results.

GBpoor quality craftsmanship and even worse customer service I have been using canvas champ since 2017. I order huge quantities of canvas prints of my artwork to sell, as I am a self employed artist. The quality of craftsmanship of these products has declined severely and they refuse to do anything about it. When I order 11x14 canvases, they are closer to 10x13 and are not perfectly rectangular. One side will be 10" while the other side will be 10.5" resulting in a "Wonky" looking canvas that does not hang straight. I routinely use a small border about half an inch from the edges of my art, that go all the way around my artwork, yet they can never get them straight. Often the border will go over the edges and onto the sides of the canvases. This all results in products that I cannot sell. When I submit a ticket for the order, stating that I have an issue with product quality, I upload photos of the canvas to show them. However, when they reply to the ticket, they ask me to send photo proof. I always end up having to send the photos to them 2 to 3 times before they acknowledge it. this results in days of me going back and forth with them, trying to prove to them that there is indeed an issue. They refuse to refund for this. they will only offer a reprint, which often is the same quality as the original. They now have an option to pay extra for "crafted to perfection" where they send you a proof to approve. However, even after paying for this and approving the proof, which looks good, the actual canvases will still be poorly crafted, stretched wrong, or with bumps undeneath the print. It is exasperating and I lose money monthly trying to get them to honor their policies. I finally can no longer tolerate this. Over the years, I have referred MANY of my artist friends to them, who tell me they have the same issues. It is unfortunate. There is no way to leave a review of their products on their website, and the reviews they show are completely fake. This is the only place I have found where I can voice this honest complaint. Update: Canvas champ has given me an in-store credit for one of my orders gone wrong due to my review on TrustPilot.

GBThis is the place you want to order your canvas prints from! I received my canvas prints today and they exceeded my expectations! The color was richer than other competitors and the image was more crisp as well. Their frames are better with an included back panel which is unheard of! They arrived two days earlier than expected to boot! Do not hesitate, know that they will do an excellent job. They are better priced than the others I have ordered from, and the printing is far better. I will be reordering soon

GBEvery order I have had has been… Every order I have had has been flawless. Each piece is always more then I imagined it would be. Receiving is always with in the days shed for deliverely. You are what all businesses should take an example of how great customer service works.

GBThey play games with shipping charges Got the useless “canned” response below. They play games with shipping charges. Placed a large order and was charged 9.95 shipping. Because I placed first order they gave me a “free” canvas, all I had to pay was shipping. Sounded reasonable, until they jacked shipping up to $12.95 for the ONE “free” item. So free was not free at all, and I learned how these people operate.
