The woman answering the phone is extremely helpful and the order was delivered 2 days later. Perfect service! It was however a bit of a surprise, after having bought many packages linen from you during more than 20 years, that one of the laces for tying the quilt cover together fell off when I put the cover on for the first time last night. I have been overjoyed with the quality of your linen for all this time so I hope that this is not a sign of lesser quality standards!

Regards the bedding: very good quality beautifully presented. It is impossible to get the correct length, depth and width in Scotland for beds which are longer. We have a Hästens, so longer than the traditional British beds. All in all delighted with Georg Jensen and will definitely be turning to your company again in the future. The one downside is the tax to be paid on goods. That however, is the result of the disaster called Brexit!
