The best gift I’ve given my mom I bought these for my mom and grandma for Mother’s Day and they were absolutely stunning. The glass cover and the depth of the red rose literally look like a beauty and the beauty rose. I definitely plan to order again this year in a different color!!

Want a response from their customer service? File a credit card charge dispute! Placed and paid for an order in mid December 2018. Half of the order arrived in late December 2018. Rose was missing. Emailed them multiple times, but no response. No phone number to contact. Finally, placed a credit card dispute and miraculously they responded. Alex wrote an email back and sent the rest of the order...a month late. Poor customer service contact and suspicious company/product. Don’t order from this company unless you want to wait for half your order to arrive months later. If you are having a hard time contacting them, just file a credit card charge dispute to get their attention.
