Great Host! Zelon has served me very well so far, Currently have a Hyrbid in Miami and I have had zero issues of downtime. Great value servers, and support is fast to respond!

The support team The support team, specifically Jack has handled every issue I have ever faced. He replies in a very short amount of time and has helped with every issues I've encountered, thanks a ton!

I always had an amazing experience using their hosting service. But lately, it's been slacking. Constant down times that just aren't acceptable anymore. Rude and blaming on another customer who is also a friend. He said and I quote "Jack keeps pushing the issue off, and blaming it on "software" instead of helping". Due to this, the customer support is horrible. Prices are alright, the information displayed on the site when buying are mostly correct not always, a little misleading at times. Personally, Jack is a nice guy and a great friend, his company just needs some work. I would love to give a better rating, But sadly, some aspects of Zelon need improvements.

Very Disappointed I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by Zelon. In my opinion they misrepresent their services on their website. They let me order and pay for web hosting and then they simply cancelled it, stating that "...our shared web hosting plans are being discontinued because we believe that much better value can be found in a VPS". Note: their web hosting that "is being discontinued" is still available to purchase on their website today. My personal experience with Zelon was unbelievably poor and disappointing. My opinion is they are a joke of a hosting company If you want my advice, here it is - run away from Zelon and choose another hosting company!

Excellent Service Excellent Service, and Excellent Support. This is by far the best hosting company out there (In my opinion). If you dont already have a VPS/Dedi with Zelon try them out. They wont disappoint :) - Josh
