Charlie R.'s Review of Zelon My service has been nothing short but excellent. The support team, specifically Jack has handled every issue I have ever faced. He went above and beyond a clients expectations and that type of effort is commendable and deserves to be rewarded. This is my turn to host for VPS services, they are very reliable. I have never experienced any downtime, so Zelon is very stable! I have never had a support chat wait time longer than 1-2 minutes. Keep it up!

Zelon is The Better Choice Zelon has been one of the best hosting companies I have ever used. They have quality service and are always there to help. Their live chat is great because they are always online. This company is Greater than any other company I have ever used.

Very Disappointed I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by Zelon. In my opinion they misrepresent their services on their website. They let me order and pay for web hosting and then they simply cancelled it, stating that "...our shared web hosting plans are being discontinued because we believe that much better value can be found in a VPS". Note: their web hosting that "is being discontinued" is still available to purchase on their website today. My personal experience with Zelon was unbelievably poor and disappointing. My opinion is they are a joke of a hosting company If you want my advice, here it is - run away from Zelon and choose another hosting company!

Hands down for zelon. Edit: UNSURE I have a very high reputation for Zelon. They are always at the top of their game and will always help when you need it. Their services are outstanding and cheap for what they provide. I highly recommend them. So far they are the best hosting company that I have found that puts their customers first. Edit: I am unsure about Zelon now. After being a trusted customer with them, I can't say I would fully recommend them to anyone anymore. Our company bought a simple VPS from Zelon and it struggles to stay up. This VPS is crucial to our customers as a gateway to edit and control their services. After multiple days through out the week of downtime, I must sadly change the review. I don't recommend to purchase from Zelon if you are starting a serious business. I would actually recommend to find another host that is more reliable.
