Quick Service, Awesome Support! They are very quick about helping out during the day time (USA) and they've helped me well beyond what any company has done for a service like this. They spend a whole day helping me set up a server because I'm still new to it. Awesome service!

Very Disappointed I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by Zelon. In my opinion they misrepresent their services on their website. They let me order and pay for web hosting and then they simply cancelled it, stating that "...our shared web hosting plans are being discontinued because we believe that much better value can be found in a VPS". Note: their web hosting that "is being discontinued" is still available to purchase on their website today. My personal experience with Zelon was unbelievably poor and disappointing. My opinion is they are a joke of a hosting company If you want my advice, here it is - run away from Zelon and choose another hosting company!

Awesome overall experience Zelon has powered by business for almost a year now. I am very satisfied with the quality of service and outstanding support. The support has been there to answer all my ridiculous questions without a fuss.
