Made an account for a discord bot Made an account for a discord bot, purchase was rejected for "fraud." Contacted to find out why and was IP blocked. 1st time customer...get found you off of reddit. Cant say I understand your logic.

I always had an amazing experience using their hosting service. But lately, it's been slacking. Constant down times that just aren't acceptable anymore. Rude and blaming on another customer who is also a friend. He said and I quote "Jack keeps pushing the issue off, and blaming it on "software" instead of helping". Due to this, the customer support is horrible. Prices are alright, the information displayed on the site when buying are mostly correct not always, a little misleading at times. Personally, Jack is a nice guy and a great friend, his company just needs some work. I would love to give a better rating, But sadly, some aspects of Zelon need improvements.

Very Disappointed I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by Zelon. In my opinion they misrepresent their services on their website. They let me order and pay for web hosting and then they simply cancelled it, stating that "...our shared web hosting plans are being discontinued because we believe that much better value can be found in a VPS". Note: their web hosting that "is being discontinued" is still available to purchase on their website today. My personal experience with Zelon was unbelievably poor and disappointing. My opinion is they are a joke of a hosting company If you want my advice, here it is - run away from Zelon and choose another hosting company!
