About Pillow Cube

Pillow Cube started to solve a problem all side-sleepers face; getting the best head and neck support, while still being able to lay on your side. We found that even with traditional pillows, there is still a huge gap between the head and shoulder, which causes the neck to bend at an uncomfortable angle. This leaves both the neck and spine misaligned, leading to poor sleep and chronic discomfort. The solution seemed almost too simple, but by creating a pillow with a 90-degree angle out of dense viscoelastic memory foam, we found that the gap is almost completely eliminated and the neck and head get all the support they need. We were thrilled with the results, but unlike the rest of us, the pursuit of perfection never sleeps. To make a pillow that was truly for everybody, we decided to start making our Classic Pillow Cube in three different thicknesses. We now offer: The 5” Pillow Cube for folks in the middle of the bell-shaped curve The 6” Pillow Cube for broad shoulders, heavy heads and hard mattresses But did we stop there? Au contraire. For people that switch sides while they sleep (A.K.A. get their roll on) we broke with tradition and widened our classic Pillow Cube to create the Pillow Cube Pro. We even added an extra size–the 4” but still offer the same thickness options as with our classic. With the Pro, we give you 24” of horizontal real estate to let your noggin roam wherever your dreams may take it. With all that out of the way, the only thing left to do was decorate. We only source the softest, coolest materials for our pillowcases and we adorn them with a wide variety of interesting prints and patterns to match your unique style. Poor return policy for a pillow that caused me pain Disappointed with pillow and with return policy. After using the pillow for a bot over a week, I kept waking up with headaches. I tried to keep using it, hoping my body would adjust, but it hasn't. That's not Pillowcube's fault really, but the return policy is lame. They charge $15 for a handling fee, plus now I need to find a box that it will fit in since they send it in a much smaller box (the pillow is vacuum-packed). So, it's definitely not a risk-free trial. I'd be happy to destroy or donate it and get all of my money back, but I wasn't given that option.

Uncomfortable and 'exchange' policy is a scam! I bought a 5" Standard Pillow Cube as a gift for my wife. Size-wise she is well within the recommended height for the standard pillow. She found the pillow to be too thick and too firm. I tried it myself and found the same. When sleeping on one's side it really pushes against your cheeks! Just in case of this issue I purchased their Re:do "Free Returns for in-store credit or Exchanges" item expecting that I would be able to easily exchange the pillow for a different size. Here's the bait and switch scam... Upon attempting to return the pillow for an exchange I noticed that no other size of 'standard' pillow is available. I contacted Pillow Cube customer service who informed me that the Standar 4" thin Pillow Cube would not be restocked "for the foreseeable future." I suspect they do this on-purpose. My choices were to: 1.) Pay the $50 up-charge for a Deluxe 4" thin pillow and find out if it's less uncomfortable 2.) Return the pillow for 'store credit' and let them hold onto my money 'for the foreseeable future' until they maybe restock the 4" standard pillow (unlikely) 3.) Return the pillow and pay a 15% handling fee.

This is a really good pillow for side… This is a really good pillow for side sleepers, like me. It was recommended by our Chiropractor too. My reason for 4 stars is because I’m not too happy with the quality. The pillow cover zipper broke after only 2 washings. The cube foam has small perforations in it and one is ripping a bit after 4 months of use.

I love my pillow cube I love my pillow cube. I even take it on vacation with me. I tried so many pillows before this one. I bought a second one just for safe keeping in case anything ever happens to my first one. If pillows ever come up with friends and family, rest assured I’ll be bringing up how much I love my pillow cube.

OK Pillow, absolutely BONKERS return policy The pillow is OK but I realized I don't sleep on my side as much as I thought, so I want to return it. However, in order to do a "return" or get a refund, you have to either prove (with a receipt) that you donated the pillow, or you have to send them proof that you DESTROYED the pillow! Guess what? I have yet to find a charity in my area that will accept a pillow as a donation, so it seems like Pillow Cube is telling me to destroy it as my only option. Again, the product seems OK, but this return policy is absolutely wild.
