Great customer service! I bought a colored name tag for my EXTREMELY active dog. Within a matter of months the tag was so scratched and faded I could hardly read it. The company was great to work with to provide solutions and alternative tag options for my active dog. I have since been provided with a new tag that is holding up well. Love Your Pets was super helpful and very prompt to provide solutions to the original dog tag. They have great customer service.

I ordered a tag for a new puppy on May… I ordered a tag for a new puppy on May 8. I still hadn't received it by May 25, so I had my bank reverse the charge and credit me. Now I am being hounded by these people to contact my bank to remove the chargeback. I finally blocked them. I seriously have received no less than multiple harassing emails. What a disgusting way to do business. I was told today they sent me a tag on June 12th. Is it not obvious that I already went elsewhere. Are you people serious?

I always use love your pets for tags… I always use love your pets for tags and silencers. They're always correct in the writing and placing of the info I requested. Beautiful Pet ID Tags! I am very pleased with my Pet ID tags! My order came within reasonable time and beautifully engraved, which is why I chose to order them here other than well-known places like Amazon, who are advertising very similar products. The fact that these ID tags are mechanically engraved rather than printed, leads me to believe that the print will certainly last longer with normal day-to-day wear and tear! Definitely recommend to others!
