Excellent Customer Service and Getting our order to us when we needed it. We placed an order - at apparently the same time as a bunch of other large orders were placed. We normally hear right away that the order was shipped, I didn't and we had a transport coming and we were low on tags. I sent an email and customer support was amazing, looked into it, asked when we needed them by and did everything they could to get them to us. They were even going to ship out just what we needed for the transport if the entire order wasn't ready in time. Well the order printed and shipped and arrived a day before we needed them. THANK YOU for the amazing service!

Beautiful Pet ID Tags! I am very pleased with my Pet ID tags! My order came within reasonable time and beautifully engraved, which is why I chose to order them here other than well-known places like Amazon, who are advertising very similar products. The fact that these ID tags are mechanically engraved rather than printed, leads me to believe that the print will certainly last longer with normal day-to-day wear and tear! Definitely recommend to others!

Dont buy Did receive the tag promptly but poor quality regarding engraving - poorly done, not deep enough to read some letters and numbers half done so unreadable and will not last long at all. Sample made you believe the words would stand out on black background but could not be further from the truth. Need magnifying glass to see what is there. Family is full of dog owners and will not recommend this site.

Exactly what I was looking for in a dog… Exactly what I was looking for in a dog tag. I realized that my dogs tag was too loud and potentially wake up a sleeping baby. Every second counts for nap especially for mama to get a much needed break and more time with my dog baby.

I ordered a tag for a new puppy on May… I ordered a tag for a new puppy on May 8. I still hadn't received it by May 25, so I had my bank reverse the charge and credit me. Now I am being hounded by these people to contact my bank to remove the chargeback. I finally blocked them. I seriously have received no less than multiple harassing emails. What a disgusting way to do business. I was told today they sent me a tag on June 12th. Is it not obvious that I already went elsewhere. Are you people serious?
