GBI ordered 6 or 7 blankets messed up the… I ordered 6 or 7 blankets messed up the size on one asked if i could return and get right size they sent me an email back saying the correct one was in production I said how would you like me to send this one back they said keep it really awesome services great products. Waiting on tracking number for corrected blanket

GBI ordered a blanket for a Christmas… I ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift and when it arrived it was of very POOR quality and not what I would have expected for the price. I would have been embarrassed to give the blanket as a gift. It had not been personalized in any way and was just a stock print. It arrived "bare" in a plastic shipping envelope and no other "hygienic" packaging. They refused to allow me to return the blanket per their return policy since these are "hygienic" items but the items are not delivered in any sort of hygienic packaging. Buyers beware!!!!!
