GBI ordered 6 or 7 blankets messed up the⦠I ordered 6 or 7 blankets messed up the size on one asked if i could return and get right size they sent me an email back saying the correct one was in production I said how would you like me to send this one back they said keep it really awesome services great products. CAvery slow to ship very slow to ship, no proactive updates provided (had to contact supplier to inquire about order status), then received a customs bill. still haven't received product 1 month after ordering

NZGreat Products Great Products, reasonable prices and fantastic aftersales service for international customers where there was a bit of a delay in shipping due to Covid-19. Cant really blame the company for that as they were open and honest as well as helped to track packages. Will use them again. Regards Neville.

CA5 star This is my second time purchasing the customade blanket. Seriously, nothing much to complain about, fast response, reasonable price, custom made, great attitude. They even emailed and double checked on me when I accidentally ordered the same product twice. Only the shipping, if there is more info for that would be great, but seriously, its covid...everywhere is about the same. So I'm still standing a strong 5 star. Great work!

AUGreat product and great service Great product - better than I expected. Made a mistake before sending but let me know they were making a replacement straight away and may effect my delivery by only a few days. Still received in time in perfect condition. Great communication and helpful service. Will definitely buy from tee4lives again!
