GBI ordered a blanket for a Christmas… I ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift and when it arrived it was of very POOR quality and not what I would have expected for the price. I would have been embarrassed to give the blanket as a gift. It had not been personalized in any way and was just a stock print. It arrived "bare" in a plastic shipping envelope and no other "hygienic" packaging. They refused to allow me to return the blanket per their return policy since these are "hygienic" items but the items are not delivered in any sort of hygienic packaging. Buyers beware!!!!!

CA5 star This is my second time purchasing the customade blanket. Seriously, nothing much to complain about, fast response, reasonable price, custom made, great attitude. They even emailed and double checked on me when I accidentally ordered the same product twice. Only the shipping, if there is more info for that would be great, but seriously, its covid...everywhere is about the same. So I'm still standing a strong 5 star. Great work!

CAExceptional! I ordered two blankets; one for each of my grandchildren. They are both just beautiful. Both were personalized as requested and the colours are quite brilliant and vibrant. The shipping took a little longer than anticipated but in these trying times, that is understandable. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone.

CAVery disappointed this time. I have used this company a few times in the past and I had nothing but good things to say about them. But, on my most recent order, placed at the end of May, I am severely disappointed. I placed the order and waited for the order to be shipped. On June 18th, all of a sudden, my money was refunded and the company was no longer able to be contacted. I am glad I didn’t lose my money but I am disappointed that the product I had ordered, would not be coming to me, without any follow up or warning. I had ordered a custom photo blanket as a thank you for someone and am totally disappointed to no longer have that item to gift someone.
