CAvery slow to ship very slow to ship, no proactive updates provided (had to contact supplier to inquire about order status), then received a customs bill. still haven't received product 1 month after ordering

CAExceptional! I ordered two blankets; one for each of my grandchildren. They are both just beautiful. Both were personalized as requested and the colours are quite brilliant and vibrant. The shipping took a little longer than anticipated but in these trying times, that is understandable. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone.

GBI ordered 6 or 7 blankets messed up the… I ordered 6 or 7 blankets messed up the size on one asked if i could return and get right size they sent me an email back saying the correct one was in production I said how would you like me to send this one back they said keep it really awesome services great products. Waiting on tracking number for corrected blanket

GBWe received the product in a timely… We received the product in a timely manner.. it was carefully wrapped. and mostly we want to thank Rush Limbaugh and Kathryn, and the EIB network for providing inspiration, thoughtfulness, challenge, clear thinking. we miss Rush's voice terribly!!! i long to hear him speak on todays events. GBWhilst I like what’s you are doing Whilst I like what’s you are doing, my package is conducting a world tour. It has travelled across 12 cities in the US from West to East and is now in Tokyo. This amount of handling and miles is not helping our planet. Please consider a different courier operator who can facilitate more direct routes.
