GBI ordered a blanket for a Christmas… I ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift and when it arrived it was of very POOR quality and not what I would have expected for the price. I would have been embarrassed to give the blanket as a gift. It had not been personalized in any way and was just a stock print. It arrived "bare" in a plastic shipping envelope and no other "hygienic" packaging. They refused to allow me to return the blanket per their return policy since these are "hygienic" items but the items are not delivered in any sort of hygienic packaging. Buyers beware!!!!!

GBWhilst I like what’s you are doing Whilst I like what’s you are doing, my package is conducting a world tour. It has travelled across 12 cities in the US from West to East and is now in Tokyo. This amount of handling and miles is not helping our planet. Please consider a different courier operator who can facilitate more direct routes.
