Exceptional Customer Service I haven't been using Domino Fuel for more than a year and I'm already leaning towards being a long term customer. They are very thorough and efficient when communicating and delivering. Can't really ask for more than that. I'm satisfied with what they can bring to the table. Hopefully it remains consistent so I can continue to use and recommend them!

Delivered in a pinch... I am giving them 5 stars because I was almost completely out of oil on New Years Day, in 10 degree weather, and they were able to deliver, even though it was at 4am :). I had ordered from another vendor on Dec 31st in the morning, and they never showed. Price was at a premium, but they still got it done. Bravo!

Terrible service Terrible service! Carl who is the owner is very unprofessional. Called Domino fuel to replace my leaking oil tank. They agreed to show to show up to my house on 12/4 between 9-11 to replace the tank. He never called or showed up. My husband called at 10:45 to find out what was happening. The office manager said that Carl would be calling us back. He calls and says that another job took longer than it was supposed to and he won't come until tomorrow. First of all what other job? We were supposed to be the first job. At 9am but Ok we rescheduled until Tuesday. They show up on Tuesday at 10am and they have the wrong tank. So now they have to go to get another tank all the at in wantagh. I called Carl to express to him My disappointment with his service considering the fact he was PAID in FULL and had not even came to my home to see the work he needed to do. His company requested us to send photos and video of the tank that needs replacing. Carl was extremely rude and made me feel as if he was doing me a favor. He expressed to me that he can't send someone bc that would further delay the work. He also said that my husband didn't pay him in full that we used PayPal credit which was FALSE. My husband paid with PayPal and it took the funds from our account. He said he didn't see the funds on his end which has absolutely nothing to do with me. If he didn't see the funds why would he be in my house to replace the tank. He decided that he didn't want to hear my complaints and said he will refund me. So he refunded me, and He had his guys leave the job. So you're refunding me but you didn't see the funds in your account? Hes terrible. Beware! He's rude and does not want to take constructive feedback. If you have to replace a tank wouldn't it be a good idea to come and see the tank first so you know what type of tank you need to replace? Or wouldn't be a good idea to show up on the day you're supposed to? Considering the emergency of a leaking oil tank he needs to do better because you are not doing me a FAVOR CARL!! I thankfully got the tank replaced by a company who offered me a better tank, 30 year warranty and showed up when they were supposed to. They were also very professional and I paid MORE! Carl refunded me my 3000 and I wound up paying 3500 which wasn't a problem bc that company came to see what I had, explained the benefits of the more expensive tank and took the time to explain to us why we should get it. I hate companies who don't take pride in their work! Dont shop with DOMINO FUEL. Oh and the workers didn't speak ENGLISH!

DISHONEST, RUDE, UNRELIABLE OIL COMPANY I ordered fuel last week through casheatingfuel.com and Domino Fuel Was SUPPOSED to deliver it the next morning and according to the email, contact in the morning to set up, verify, delivery. FIRST, they didn't call so I did at 8:30 am. After, the owner HAD to verify my order and call me back, I was told the oil would be Delivered between 9am and 3pm. I told him I would leave the money as I was leaving for work at that time. When coming home after 6pm, the oil was NEVER DELIVERED AND THE Money was still there. I called Domino Fuel and he said the driver was there and there was no money there. I was so angry, as I felt he was calling me a liar. I emailed casheatingfuel.com to complain, they said there was a GPS record of it, which ended up being my neighbors address. I sent 4 follow up emails with Pictures of the money, the envelope, the place where it was left and my horrible experience. BOTH PARTIES, TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR MY FUEL, didn't even make good on the wrong address being in the GPS, and Never delivered any oil. Domino Fuel was rude, hung up on me AND TOLD ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Now, the next day, coincidentally????, the prices for oil were 30 cents more. I feel like they JUST DIDN'T WANT TO HONOR THE PRICE, $1.67, they listed on my agreement as it was a mistake on their end. 1 WEEK LATER, I GOT OIL from another oil company I've used many times with NO PROBLEMS!! This was after going back and forth with Domino and Cash Heating oil.com for 5 days and having to put diesel in the tank as I ran out of oil in the meantime. Don't USE EITHER COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
