CADo not purchase from Wood Venture I successfully purchased several beautiful lights from this company in June 2022. In January 2023 I purchased several more. In late January, I received an email informing me that my order had been shipped. When nothing arrived, I emailed ‘customer service’ and was told that the warehouse in China had been having trouble but that my lamps would arrive soon. Five months later, nothing has arrived. Monthly, I’ve emailed the company demanding a refund, none of which have been answered. I have lost $170.00 Cdn.

CAWaste of money, customer service is poor Product (night stand phone charge & light) stopped working after 3.5 months. No responses to emails(yes, their support email that they provide) and the phone number only produces a busy signal. Expensive junk. Don’t buy. Update: Still a terrible company. Sure enough, they actually answered my support email - but do you think they could follow through on sending a replacement product as promised? Not a chance. Contact person constantly needs to “check with a manager”, “check with another department”. It’s the most ineffective company structure. Stings of emails… to get nowhere. Don’t buy.

GBTotal Scam Ordered Nov. 30...being "processed" since Dec. 7. Have received the same emails from Arianne who is probably not real. Contacted several times asking for product or refund. Lesson learned: only order from known companies. May have been legit at one time, but no more. UPDATE: Woodventure refunded my purchase on February 17, 2023.
