GBIt's worth for money. Last few days I ordered so many decor items from WoodVenture. All the products are delivered on time with excellent packaging. It's worth for money.

GBI ordered two lights December 20 I ordered two lights December 20. As like other purchasers I still have not received my items. I emailed there help line several times without any resolution. They did respond twice, but after that no further response has been received. I also tried calling the customer service number which doesn’t belong to Wood Venture, but to Angies. A law suit needs to be brought against Wood Venture.

CAWaste of money, customer service is poor Product (night stand phone charge & light) stopped working after 3.5 months. No responses to emails(yes, their support email that they provide) and the phone number only produces a busy signal. Expensive junk. Don’t buy. Update: Still a terrible company. Sure enough, they actually answered my support email - but do you think they could follow through on sending a replacement product as promised? Not a chance. Contact person constantly needs to “check with a manager”, “check with another department”. It’s the most ineffective company structure. Stings of emails… to get nowhere. Don’t buy.
