GBExcellent Service I just want to share my excellent experience with marble system and it's customer service. I am remodeling my bathroom but unfortunately ran out of St. Laurent marble tiles. Luckily, I found the same one matching the ones I have and ordered via online at Marble System. After few days, they shipped 2 pieces 18x18 tiles on each box with styrofoam. All tiles arrived with excellent condition. Ms. Sophia assisted me all along from verifying my order until it arrived to me. Please don't hesitate to order from them.

GBBad customer service. I ordered tile, waited more than a week to get any information when my order will be shipped, then received email that my order will be shipped next day and then ten minutes later another email that my item is out of stock. It took the whole week just to find out that they do not have my item in stock!
