GBNo Customer Support I purchased a hat a month ago for my husband for his birthday. We like the hat, but it’s too large. The reason for the negative review is due to the unintuitive exchange process and zero personal customer support. I initiated the exchange process two weeks ago and I am still waiting for a return label or at least a return address. There is no phone number available and no personal customer service. Email responses take about a week and appear to be automated since they do not address my questions.
