USI ordered a table on December 26 I ordered a table on December 26, 2023 it said table in stock ship out in 2 to 3 days. I still have not received my table. Unfortunately it’s now saying delivery is January 26, 2024. The same table was at Amazon for less but Amazon said it would ship until early January. If I had ordered through Amazon I would have had it by now. Just hope when or if I receive it it will be worth the wait. My first time ordering from this company think it will be my last. Will do update regarding product again when or if I receive it. If it’s not her by the 26th I’ll go through PayPal to get my money back.

USTerrible customerservice This company has terrible customer service and an even worse return policy. They hit you up big for a return shipping label which does not cover the costs of a UPS pick up I just learned. So not only do I have to set up the UPS pick up,I'm hit for an additional $21.85. when I questioned customer service I was told they don't make any money off "that". Guess that's what's important to them. I'd never order from a company who has such little regard for their customers like this outfit.

USFred Fred, of FredCo, went over and above in assisting me with my dining chairs. His price was very competitive. Unfortunately for me, one chair was already damaged in the shipping carton. I called, sent pictures of the damage and it was immediately replaced without a problem. I would highly recommend FredCo for your purchase!

USPro-buying Furniture in line Ordering a piece of expensive furniture on line made me apprehensive but the sales at Fredco were more than assuring. My marble dining room table and 6 chairs arrived in perfect condition. The white glove treatment put it together quickly and even moved it twice for me. Exceeded all my expectations
