GBFred @ Fredco is the Worst! Fredco is a scam furniture company, delivered 2 broken/defective dining pieces to my home after 2 months...claiming an address problem. Once delivered, and found shattered, I called to advise Fred of Fredco directly of this issue but he avoided any means of contact ....phone calls, emails and main contact number attempts. After 6 months of contact, Fred has not picked up the broken items still sitting in my dining room from May 2022...Fred has not provided a refund or ANY customer service at all! I would never purchase anything from this company again and advise the same to anyone else considering ...

GBDO NOT ORDER DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a couch and it was a week without order confirmation so I emailed and they called saying they needed me to verify my identity and to send my ID and a bill that had the address that the couch was going to be delivered to. I didn’t think anything of it until they stopped responding and then they canceled my order. Scam and stole my identity

GBA month later and still no couch When I purchased my order, it stated it was shipping out and would arrive in 3 days or something of that timeline. It has been over a MONTH! I’m sitting in my new house with My new bed, tv, blinds, pool table, furniture, but no couch. I have no couch! Sitting on a chair from my new kitchen table. I got all those new things elsewhere and they arrived long before your order. Very disappointing. Just be honest with people and don’t pull this crap.

GBTerrible customerservice This company has terrible customer service and an even worse return policy. They hit you up big for a return shipping label which does not cover the costs of a UPS pick up I just learned. So not only do I have to set up the UPS pick up,I'm hit for an additional $21.85. when I questioned customer service I was told they don't make any money off "that". Guess that's what's important to them. I'd never order from a company who has such little regard for their customers like this outfit.
