Buyer Beware First, it’s worth noting that the shipping took several months. The quality of this light is subpar - it’s super lightweight and seems to be made of plastic. It’s also much smaller than the photos depict. I reached out to customer service to initiate a return and was told that not only would I have to pay for the return shipping, but I would only be refunded 70% of the original cost. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this product or this company.

Cheap Counterfeit Scam Cheap, poorly done counterfeit product!! After waiting two months to receive product, it arrived and is not what was described. Materials are Cheap, functionality not the same, dimmer on front of lamp is just a knob that is glued on. Worst part is they will not issue refund and simply say we don’t understand why you are upset as the product is cheaper than the real ones. TOTAL SCAM!

It’s been 8.5 weeks since I placed my… It’s been 8.5 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received my items as of yet. I understand covid poses issues with delivery but it would be nice to not be the one to keep asking for updates. Although they are quick to respond, which I appreciate, Mooie should be providing ongoing updates instead of me having to ask. The tracking page does not provide adequate shipping updates. Perhaps my review will change once I receive the items and see the quality of my items.

Good product. Great customer service I bought two lamps and they're both gorgeous. So far they've been working as expected and they were very easy to install. Their customer service is also great. One of the glass shades broke during transportation and they responded immediately, took care of everything and the replacement made it faster than the original parcel.

I am very pleased with my purchase I am very pleased with my purchase, the lamp is great and shipping to the UK only took about two weeks. I have bought items from China before and I understand delivery times can vary quite a lot, which is down to customs and shipping carriers, not the company itself. I would happily purchase again!
