GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. I purchased the prestige version of these covers with the 10 year warranty. After less than one year of use, terrible mold growth developed on the inside of all of the covers. The warranty on the web site says “For the duration indicated, we warrant our products to be free from material defect and product construction and performance flaws not attributed to normal use.” The main reason why I keep my furniture covered is to prevent mold growth on my outdoor furniture. These covers certainly do not perform adequately to protect outdoor furniture in a humid environment (I live in Florida). I contacted Coverstore about this issue and they provided me with ways to clean the covers (which did not work) and insinuated that I had put the covers over wet furniture which caused the mold to grow. I have never done this. They did proceed to offer me 40% off the purchase of new covers, but even with the discount, I would have to spend another $1,000 plus for the same covers that failed the first time around. I am extremely disappointed with this company with their unwillingness to honor their warranty.

GBAWFUL EXPERIENCE I should have looked here before purchasing from Coverstore. I ordered a cover for a grill. Returned only to discover that I had to pay $13 shipping to return, and the they subtracted their shipping and taxes from my total refund even though I didn't even open the package. The refund for my $52 order was $29. I will NEVER order from this company again! Not when there's Amazon Prime and other companies with much better return policies.

GBI've had several Coverstore products… I've had several Coverstore products for almost two years now and I must say how pleased I am about the quality of the products and their ability to withstand the weather and protect the patio table, chairs, spa cover, lounge chairs and extra stacking chairs. GBTerrible experience with the Cover Store Terrible experience with the Cover Store. I am not one to spend the time posting negative reviews about a company, but this was a horrific experience and I hope to save others the nightmare of dealing with this company. To sum this disaster up, covers came in wrong and did not fit. We called the company and nicely tried to explain this and they blamed us for the errors. After multiple phone calls and wasted time spent measuring many times, we have given up. We paid for a product that was defective and the company was 100% at fault and refused to make good on another cover. Hard to believe, but customer service and product quality control at its worst. Stay far away from this company What a shame.

GBGreat products and great to work with I have purchased several different covers for my air conditioner, both my hose reels, my generator, my 3 different Christmas wreaths and my lawn swing, some of which were ordered special to size. All have been received and continued to be used. Well made products, color choices and reasonable prices. I will continue to look to them for upcoming requirements.
