GBIt’s a no for me So far, super disappointed. Took several weeks to receive the first part of my order only to realized the aerogel comforter was not in the shipment ( I purchased the move in bundle) I have reached out to slashop, but have not heard back regarding the missing item. On another annoying note, I received an email stating the quilt from my order would ship July 21. This is very disappointing when I orders items that were “in stock”. I placed this order weeks ago and just got this communication. For over $600 I expected more. Would not recommend.

GBGreat Customer Service I just recently received my duvet from Slashop and I was a little disappointed that after a few days, some of the stitching tore by the zipper. Especially because these duvets are not cheap. I reached out to them and got a response the next day letting me know they'd replace the duvet for me. I honestly was not expecting that kind of response, but I was so pleased and grateful that they handled this situation so quickly and professionally and made sure that I was taken care of. It's nice to come across companies that stand behind their product.

GBdishonest company--avoid This is a dishonest company--avoid. As other reviewers have noted, the company does not inform you that products are being shipped from overseas--from China. I have been waiting weeks for a product which still seems to be stuck in China. You are also not informed when products are out of stock before purchasing. I blame myself for being wooed by an Instagram company with cute marketing. The positive reviews on their site sound highly suspect to me, fake or endorsed. Perhaps I will do like the previous reviewer and comment on their posts for some faster assistance. Learn from my mistake--there are plenty of honest, small businesses making great pet products to shop from.
