They are comfortable They are comfortable, and fresh. The hair still gets stocked, is easier to remove that regular bed sheets

My order never arrived they refuse to respond My order never arrived. The amount of money spent on such a tiny piece of fabric on the hopes he would provide some kind of resolution for my home for it to not show up and then for me as a consumer for three weeks nonstop continue to try to make contact with you guys to get zero response at all is insane. It’s a slap in the face to your consumers and it’s just horrible customer service. There’s zero customer service phone number you have to email they claim if you put urgent they’ll be with you in a day or two however again I’ve been emailing for three weeks straight with zero response from them at all

Light and soft I love this quilt a lot more than I thought I would. It's softer than I thought it was going to be and really warm considering it's not very thick. I'm looking forward to getting another in a different color.

Do not buy The costumer service is the worst I've experienced and the communication is terrible. My order was marked as delivered despite me not getting it. Understanding sometimes things get lost in shipment I reached out to the seller to try to find a resolution. They have essentially expressed they cannot help me and I need to reach out to USPS. This to me is unacceptable as a company who charges so much for their items. They also do not disclose their items being shipped from China, causing MAJOR delays.
