The bamboo bundle set I bought saving me from so much cleaning. I also love its hypoallergenic nature, a welcomed bonus with kids and pets at home. I was Initially worried about waiting time due to other reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The package shipped from LA, arrived in just 2 days, way quicker than expected! GBSophisticated. Easy to clean. It's perfect. I love my sofa cover. I get a lot of compliments on it...even on Zoom meetings. It's easy to clean, even with coffee and food stains, and comes out of the dryer wrinkle-free and ready to go. It's sophisticated and serves a great purpose. Even tho my pet has passed away, I've kept the cover on my sofa because - primarily - it looks so good - and also...NYC can be dirty!

GBIt’s a no for me So far, super disappointed. Took several weeks to receive the first part of my order only to realized the aerogel comforter was not in the shipment ( I purchased the move in bundle) I have reached out to slashop, but have not heard back regarding the missing item. On another annoying note, I received an email stating the quilt from my order would ship July 21. This is very disappointing when I orders items that were “in stock”. I placed this order weeks ago and just got this communication. For over $600 I expected more. Would not recommend.

GBDo not buy The costumer service is the worst I've experienced and the communication is terrible. My order was marked as delivered despite me not getting it. Understanding sometimes things get lost in shipment I reached out to the seller to try to find a resolution. They have essentially expressed they cannot help me and I need to reach out to USPS. This to me is unacceptable as a company who charges so much for their items. They also do not disclose their items being shipped from China, causing MAJOR delays.
