Really bad after-sale service at SleePare Be careful with who you select to work with! SleePare's after-sale service was really disappointing. We ordered a Helix Luxus Midnight mattress along with the White Glove Service for delivery and setup. However, the delivery went wrong and the mattress randomly showed up in front of our door without any pre-scheduling. We were rushed to home and called multiple places to arrange the setup service ourselves which we already paid for. SleePare Custom Service apologized for the bad service and promised to refund the money (please note that their White Glove Service was much more expensive than other stores). Then we found out that mattress we received was defective and the seam was open so they had to deliver the replacement to us. Sleepare told us that we won't get the refund any more because of the second delivery needed due to the mattress defect. Furthermore, they couldn't keep their promise on the second delivery. No one showed up for the scheduled delivery and no one was responsive no matter we called, texted or left message. Bottleline, once the purchase was made, SleePare was so bad on the after-sale service. We had really bad experience with Sleepare.

Lord Review I have never had any dealings whatsoever with this firm but I saw their shop on a Netflx programme , where the good guy was running away from the bad guy , up a subway exit stairway . So , I shouted out " hurrah for the goodies " swiftly followed by " boo-hiss for the baddies " . Just my two pence / cents worth .

What a FANTASTIC experience What a FANTASTIC experience! This store takes mattress shopping to a new level. visiting them was very much fun and super educating, already sent my Mom to visit them and she got a Helix mattress to. Recommended!!

I agree with the other terrible… I agree with the other terrible reviews. There is NO customer service. The matress was promised and not delivered for weeks. When it came the frame was incorrect and again it was promised but didn't arrive. Nobody there cares about your experience. Do not buy from this awful company.

PEOPLE please AVOID this scam place!!! PEOPLE please AVOID this scam place!!! There are working people who lie into your face!!! I don't even know where to start. Me and my wife decided to purchase a new mattress because our beautyrest wore out and I was getting numb arms and shoulders during the sleep. We purchased Mlily mattress for 3 k in Manhattan sleepare store and were told that we can return it or exchange and in the end we would have to pay $100 pick you fee. The first purchase went smoothly. Girl whose name is Fazy was nice and knowledgeable. When we came to make an exchange, Fazy was not in the store, but a girl whose name is Karla. In the beginning she looked like it was her first day of work, what ever we asked she wasn't sure or did not know. First thing I asked her if we would make an exchange, would we be able to return the second mattress as well? She said she thinks so, but went to make a call. After she came , she assured us, we can return the second mattress but would have to pay $100 pick up fee. We waited another 4 weeks when our second mattress came. What a joke, it was total different mattress, not what I showed to the girl. I contacted them, they agreed that someone of the customers switched the labels. Ok, they ordered ones again, now the one I tried in store. It came. After sleeping first night I knew I have to return it. It was a Luuf mattress. It has a thick pillow top and it traps heat inside and has very bad pressure point relief, so I wake up hot through the night and my arms were getting numb, so I had to rotate. In addition I woke up with back pain, what I did not have even with my old mattress. And here again I'm on the search for a new mattress. Me and my wife stayed one night in a hotel, it had the best mattress I ever slept on. I called the hotel asking what was the brand. It was serta. Knowing that i have 100 days for my luuf mattress, I ordered a new mattress from serta.com. after 60 days sleeping on Luuf mattress I contacted Sleepare in advance, saying I'm expecting a new mattress next month so would like to do a return. They told me contact them couple day before it comes, and that I need to fill out a form. When the time came I contacted them, they send me a form, I filled it out and sent it back. 4 days no response. I called, they told me they will take a look. Then they ask a weird question: is that your first mattress or an exchange one? I answered: guys, you have everything in your computer and the form that I sent to you back has all the answers. They answered, unfortunately you can not return the second mattress. What the .... They said go to our website and read terms and conditions. And guess what, it has really that policy. But when I purchased the mattress nobody gave me to read any policy or terms and conditions, otherwise they clearly lied to me saying I would be able to return it. I would never buy something I would not be able to return in case it doesn't fit me or I don't like it, especially such thing as an mattress. Their boss called me saying we can not go against their policies. When I told him about Karla, and what she told me, he was like: no, she would never do that, did they really? If you really want a good mattress, search somewhere else. Not in this store. Now I stuck with an expensive mattress that is like a crap. Would never think that such companies exist especially in Manhattan. 😡 When I told that guy, who claimed to be the owner of the company that I would bring the mattress to their store, he told me, even if you do that, you will not receive your money. I told him I would make complains, he said, do what ever you want. 😡 So it's your decision to have such a headache or not.
