AUTerrible company Terrible company. The cord was faulty. I sent them the video several times. They kept telling me they didn't get the video. I have not used the sheets yet. Waste of money. Appalling customer service.

GBI Have Been Sleeping Better! I am a very light sleeper and with my husband's snoring and my cats hoping on/off the bed at night, I feel I rest more than I sleep at night. We've had the grounding sheet for about 1 1/2 weeks and my husband and I both agree we are DEFINITELY sleeping more deeply at night. I am so grateful to have found something so simple that makes a noticeable difference and does not involve pharmaceuticals.

Update 4/22/24: To Trustpilot: This company already has my information and contacted me stating they would refund the $30, but I will say they refused me multiple times over multiple emails, and it took this review in order for them to take responsibility. Many thanks and gratitude to you, Trustpilot. To The Grounding Co: I am waiting to actually see credits applied back to my card (specifically, a refund of $79.95 for the return of the unused product, as well as a refund for an erroneous charge of “restocking” in the amount of $30). ---------------------------------------------- This company cannot be trusted and did not deliver as promised. Product was returned unused after they confirmed (after receipt of requested evidence via pictures of unused product), they lied by stating I would be fully reimbursed then later took $30 out of my “full refund.” When I emailed them, they refused to stand by their statements and now I am pursuing avenues to report them for breaching regulatory duties to a consumer. BUYER BEWARE!

GBBe very careful Be very careful. Long shipping times. Then somehow I got the wrong size. I asked to return and they told me to refer to their return policy. No returns if you order wrong size. No return if you take it out of original packaging (which is literally a zip lock bag). No return if you don’t like color. As other reviews state…go to Amazon. This provides protection. Company customer service is non existent other than to tell you why they won’t help. Good companies are accommodative. The grounding co is the opposite.
