This company cannot be trusted and does not stand by their word. Update 4/22/24: To Trustpilot: This company already has my information and contacted me stating they would refund the $30, but I will say they refused me multiple times over multiple emails, and it took this review in order for them to take responsibility. Many thanks and gratitude to you, Trustpilot. To The Grounding Co: I am waiting to actually see credits applied back to my card (specifically, a refund of $79.95 for the return of the unused product, as well as a refund for an erroneous charge of “restocking” in the amount of $30). ---------------------------------------------- This company cannot be trusted and did not deliver as promised. Product was returned unused after they confirmed (after receipt of requested evidence via pictures of unused product), they lied by stating I would be fully reimbursed then later took $30 out of my “full refund.” When I emailed them, they refused to stand by their statements and now I am pursuing avenues to report them for breaching regulatory duties to a consumer. BUYER BEWARE!

A game changer After talking to a friend about my poor sleep experience and quality lately, they referred me to this company. Thought I would give it a go and am glad that I did as my sleep hasn't been this good in some time. Would recommend to anyone who is wanting to not only get a good night's rest, but improve their quality of life.

Terrible company Terrible company. The cord was faulty. I sent them the video several times. They kept telling me they didn't get the video. I have not used the sheets yet. Waste of money. Appalling customer service.

Obvious lie by company regarding review process Reviewing their website I see that they only posted four and five-star reviews. I read where a representative came to trust pilot and talked about several factors that could have an effect on negative reviews being posted on their website. Total rubbish. That in itself is a sign to all buyers, beware. This is not a honest company.

Oh my goodness Oh my goodness, love this company!!! Great and quick customer service, for the most part,,, answered all of my questions and super supportive. Quality of the grounding items is awesome. I have the pillow cases and throw. The throw along with the pillow cases is like wowwwwwwwww!! I had also got the grounding pad and sheets elsewhere but will definitely go to this company when I am ready to start ordering for the kids and gifts appreciate the sales as well!!! Items have me sleeping the hardest I have in I don’t know how long !!! HalleluYahhhhh. Thank you Lord, and thank you Kerri. Awesome !!!!
