Oh my goodness Oh my goodness, love this company!!! Great and quick customer service, for the most part,,, answered all of my questions and super supportive. Quality of the grounding items is awesome. I have the pillow cases and throw. The throw along with the pillow cases is like wowwwwwwwww!! I had also got the grounding pad and sheets elsewhere but will definitely go to this company when I am ready to start ordering for the kids and gifts appreciate the sales as well!!! if I could give it zero I would-… if I could give it zero I would- absolute garbage customer service! I would NEVER work with this company again- they sent me the wrong item and expect me to pay to ship it back- and they are out of the country not US based as they claim to be. Stay far away....

A Christmas Gift that was Late and defective … My husband bought me these sheets and one pillow case for Christmas and it was a month LATE! I read all of the care instructions and upon the first wash the pillow case lost its connections. I have no way of using it now. He wrote several emails asking for a replacement or guidance on how to fix the pillow case only to get standard responses about their ‘return policy’… I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with this company and its customer service. Why won’t they simply replace the standard gray pillowcase??? So simple yet apparently they don’t know anything about taking care of the customers!

Be very careful Be very careful. Long shipping times. Then somehow I got the wrong size. I asked to return and they told me to refer to their return policy. No returns if you order wrong size. No return if you take it out of original packaging (which is literally a zip lock bag). No return if you don’t like color. As other reviews state…go to Amazon. This provides protection. Company customer service is non existent other than to tell you why they won’t help. Good companies are accommodative. The grounding co is the opposite.
