Terrible company Terrible company. The cord was faulty. I sent them the video several times. They kept telling me they didn't get the video. I have not used the sheets yet. Waste of money. Appalling customer service.

After 25 years of suffering severe… After 25 years of suffering severe fibromyalgia, Central Nervous System problems with dizziness, balance problems, syncope, and insomnia, I was so weary and ready to give up. My daughter purchased 2 sheets for my husband and me. It took approximately a week and a half for my body to receive the amazing effects of the sheet. For several wonderful, peaceful nights I've been able to fall asleep and stay asleep with no pain or soreness. You have no idea how blessed I am to be able to rest well and awaken refreshed. Thank you Grounding Sheets for making this possible. Also, I had one small issue with my extra cord not being included. Their customer service got right on it. Thanks, again, for a great experience. First Of all the company it’s NOT a US company , they are deceiving customers , they are in China , thus items taking a long time to get here . Second the delivery company they use / person NO COMMON SENSE left my item outside the property , on walkway , where unfortunately somebody opened the package , guess they did not care for the sheet , seems like they ran it over with the car , cable is damaged, sheet also . Of course company has not replied . DON’T WASTE Your money

They do NOT allow returns All I can say is be sure you have enough outlets for every device that you buy as in pillowcases and bedsheets they all will take up an entire outlet in the wall. Also, if you plan to return anything, they make the process extremely difficult they require you to pay for shipping and get it returned yourself. They offer no help whatsoever. In fact I’ve been trying to return pillowcases for over two months and the last thing they offered me was a $50 gift card, this company is a scam. There is no money before you purchase anything. There are several other companies you can buy grounding sheets on Amazon and the return process is lovely.

This company is complete scam This company is complete scam. The website is littered with 30 Day back money back guarantees and they have NO return policies once you become a paying customer. I have been going back and forth with an Admin via email, sent in pictures of my UNUSED, UNOPENED items (decided we didn't need the pillowcases). and they so far have offered to give me 20% off on them!!! It's a joke! you also need to note that you need an outlet for every piece you buy and that is why we wanted to return the pillowcases. I don't have 3 outlets by my bed to accommodate all 3 devices. I would save your money or look for alternatives. Terrible customer service
