GBReceived another family's order THREE times, missed holiday gift-giving 3 different times I was sent the wrong order - someone else's personal photo tiles (and I assume someone else received mine). 3 times. I placed the order for tiles very early in December to get Christmas gifts in time. By mid-January I gave up and asked for a refund.

GBLoved the pics but not the magnets Loved the pics but not the magnets. After three nights of having them fall off the wall, I had to order double-sided sticky tape‘s and put them up that way. I sent them an email and never heard back. There is no customer service number you can call to complain, so I’m really not sure what I had to do. Luckily the little stickies worked, and the pictures are hanging on my wall. I will no longer order from them because they don’t respond to customer service calls. They’re a little cheaper than Mixtiles,

CATerrible Customer Service When I initially ordered I was quite happy with the product. However, I have since rearranged my living room and wanted to move the pictures to a different wall. The magnets would not adhere to the wall and the pictures kept falling. I contacted customer service with a simple request asking for some replacement magnets to be sent and they told me this was not possible. Unsure why? I’ve only had these tiles for about a year and they are now useless to me. Too bad since I was going to order more but I guess I will look elsewhere now.

GBPhotos arrived with debris particle stuck to them, messy The flimsy foam-backed photos came covered in debris. The packaging squished the particles to the photo so they had to gently wiped clean to not damage photos. Also, the foam back is pretty cheap looking so I would strongly recommend using frames if you want to display these beyond a kids room. Big disappointment.

QAHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. No reply from their support email, and instagram. Sent out 4 emails, and 3 ig messages. NOTHING. Ordered my pictures July 27. They deducted from my account and everything. So i’m excited to get them. I realized that i didn’t get any tracking number for it about 1 week after, so i emailed. Now it’s been 17 days, not knowing if i’m ever gonna get that package.
