I have placed two orders already… I have placed two orders already planning on two more - good quality and price - only issue I've had is that there isn't enough sticky stuff for adhering tiles to surfaces. More adhesives so they don't fall from wall. I have had to buy separate additional stuff to make sure they stick. But outside of that its a great deal!!!

Cheap magnets and terrible customer service Magnofix tiles do not stick to the wall and are too weak to hold the picture with another magnet affixed to it. They fall off the wall and damage the corners of the soft foam pictures. After contacting customer service I have not heard anything after 2 weeks. It’s hard to seek a refund within the 30 day window if they never get back to you.

fast and efficient. Great pictures. The pictures we received were really nice. The delivery was pretty fast. Although I didnt receive a tracking number, customer service explained it was due to it being sent by basic shipping, but it still came really fast. I still havent ‘hung’ the pictures but it looks pretty easy with the magnet :)

Photos on tiles have low resolution Photos on tiles have low resolution. There are also halo effects on the tiles that do not appear on the original photographs. I received better outcome with a competitor's tiles.

Received another family's order THREE times, missed holiday gift-giving 3 different times I was sent the wrong order - someone else's personal photo tiles (and I assume someone else received mine). 3 times. I placed the order for tiles very early in December to get Christmas gifts in time. By mid-January I gave up and asked for a refund.
