Terrible Customer Service When I initially ordered I was quite happy with the product. However, I have since rearranged my living room and wanted to move the pictures to a different wall. The magnets would not adhere to the wall and the pictures kept falling. I contacted customer service with a simple request asking for some replacement magnets to be sent and they told me this was not possible. Unsure why? I’ve only had these tiles for about a year and they are now useless to me. Too bad since I was going to order more but I guess I will look elsewhere now.

I’m am hoping these come out wonderful I’m am hoping these come out wonderful, but I accidentally typed in the wrong address by one number.. they are going to resend them at no cost which is amazing. However If their system sent a conformation out after receiving the order I would have realized the address was wrong immediately and had them make the change. These arrived and are pretty good. They look good on the wall, but aren’t the most amazing quality.

fast and efficient. Great pictures. The pictures we received were really nice. The delivery was pretty fast. Although I didnt receive a tracking number, customer service explained it was due to it being sent by basic shipping, but it still came really fast. I still havent ‘hung’ the pictures but it looks pretty easy with the magnet :)

Loved the pics but not the magnets Loved the pics but not the magnets. After three nights of having them fall off the wall, I had to order double-sided sticky tape‘s and put them up that way. I sent them an email and never heard back. There is no customer service number you can call to complain, so I’m really not sure what I had to do. Luckily the little stickies worked, and the pictures are hanging on my wall. I will no longer order from them because they don’t respond to customer service calls. They’re a little cheaper than Mixtiles,

Pretty good quality, room for improvement. Ordered MixPix on a Saturday and had them from Germany on a Wednesday which was impressive. The quality of the pictures looks good. HOWEVER, the pictures were not cropped exactly as I had cropped them online. This caused two of mine to appear weird. Make sure if you go to order that you leave a little margin for error because the cropped area will appear smaller than it does online. Additionally, I only received enough adhesive (for mounting) for 8 of the 12 pics. Still would consider ordering again though.
