Unhappy Customer
GBVery Poor Customer Experience We are now on 25th January , I have been trying to rectify and issue with an order I placed back on 15th November 2020 and I have yet to get the product I ordered in the condition displayed on Avaoasis website I have sent images again and again of what I have received and the images of what you shown on the website As I stated back in December this was for a Christmas present, so you can now imagine what I am feeling over 2 months on On 17th December Avaoasis offered a replacement or refund , which I advised that as long as you can guarantee to provide a replacement as per the image on your web site (images attached) and delivery asap then yes I would like a replacement . To this day I have still had no further contact from Avaoasis or the replacement I find this very poor customer experience , even they proudly state 101% customer satisfaction on the web site I have requested again and again what will be done to recover the customer experience, I am getting no where so I feel I have no option but to post my experience for all to see because as a business Avaoasis are not responding

GBI ordered 2 items on 13th of February… I ordered 2 items on 13th of February and paid just under 50 pounds for them, getting in touch with them is virtually impossible, they have 50 quid of my money with nothing in return, don't touch them with a barge pole.

DETerrible quality and no way of getting… Terrible quality and no way of getting response from customer service...they dont react to emails. I assume its a scam and product cheaply manufactured in china with bad quality. Learned my lesson and will check trustpilot before next time

GBMy husband ordered a My Wife wooden… My husband ordered a My Wife wooden candle holder for a little Christmas present. It arrived after Christmas and was very disappointing. The quality was shocking and a Tea Light's would not fit in the hole's they were meant to go in. I emailed them on the 1st of Jan and have yet not had a response. The product cost £30.00 + He was so upset that the product is not fit for purpose and poor quality for the cost. It was meant to be a special item with meaning.
