GBScam The product came late. It was the wrong size. It had no label attached to the sweater. When shipping notice came, the first note was that the item had just left China and was in route. I requested to return item. They would not send a return label. They wanted pictures of the front and back of sweater, the label on the product (which didn't exist) and picture of shipping label. Once done, they wrote back and said I would have to mail back on my dime and since it was an international return it would be expensive and suggested I keep the unwearable sweater and buy another in a larger size ( even though I told them it was too large ?) and they would give me 10% off. As if I would order anything from them again.

GBOur order still hasn’t arrived and the… Our order still hasn’t arrived and the party we bought them for to wear has since passed. I reached out to their customer service email and the address did not exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are a fraud and now I am out a couple of hundred dollars.

GBSCAM - Never received the package UPDATE: As soon as my credit card company looked into it, they're FINALLY replying to my emails and sent me a tracking number. My package was supposedly delivered yesterday, WHICH IT WASN'T, but now my credit card company isn't disputing the charge anymore because the merchant said I received my goods. So they lied and got to keep my money. Don't waste your time or money on this POS company. They're a scam. Never received the package, or even a shipping notification/tracking number. Nobody responded to me with my questions or cancellation request. Been talking to my credit card company about getting my money back and how much of a scam this site is.

GBThe product is excellent The product is excellent. The double label for this order caused me a lot of concern. No reply was given to my inquiry. I might suggest extra effort be made to get labels correct and reply to your customer when an issue is made.
